Please join us in congratulating the children of Mwana Africa who have recently completed their exams! Families of the children and the local community were invited down to join in the celebrations. We hope you all enjoy your school holidays.
In 2011 we were very happy to welcome the first 60 children in to Mwana Africa. Four years later and we are over the moon that Mwana Africa and Made in Malawi support and educate over 350 children from the local community. Thank you for your support!
The new school block for standard 4 - 8 is now complete and we're looking forward to welcoming the new students in the next few weeks. Thank you to everyone that was involved in making this happen!
We returned from Lilongwe late last night with the first delivery of school desks. We are due to receive another delivery before Christmas. Thanks to M&G Industries of Lilongwe for donating the desks!
We are very pleased to welcome a new member to our team today. Over the next few weeks Benjamin Tillet will be working closely with the teachers at Mwana Africa, offering English lessons and providing training on alternative teaching techniques.
